今回のヘルス・ウェビナーは、ハーバード大学マサチューセッツ総合病院で高齢者医療に従事する老年医学専門医、樋口雅也医師をお迎えし、エイジングに伴う体や生活の変化や、「物忘れ」「転倒」「薬」そして「孤独と退屈」など、エイジングと関連する「よくある悩み」について、向き合うコツをお伝えします。自分の体と心に向き合って適切なケアを行い、元気に過ごしましょう。

＜講師プロフィール＞

樋口雅也（ひぐちまさや）医師

ハーバード大学マサチューセッツ総合病院　緩和老年科　医師・指導医
モンガン・インスティテュート研究員
米国家庭医、老年医療・緩和医療専門医、公衆衛生学修士
日本およびマサチューセッツ州・カリフォルニア州医師
名古屋市生まれ。英国児童福祉ボランティア、日本での医師研修を経て、2007年渡米。家庭医療研修の後、ハワイ大学にて老年医学と医学教育を学ぶ。南イリノイ大学地域家庭医学科において、新生児・妊婦から高齢者まで、幅広い診療・教育に従事。2017年からニューヨーク・コロンビア大学病院にて終末医療を含めた緩和医療フェローシップを終了。2018年よりマサチューセッツ総合病院に勤務。現在ボストンにて様々な健康問題を抱える高齢患者に医療を提供する。共著に、「アメリカでお医者さんにかかる時の本（保健同人社）」、｢高齢者医療（あめいろぐ、丸善出版）」などがある。

Do you have vague fears about aging?”Tips for Facing Aging” Ver.2023Monday, November 6 @ 7~8PM

Dr. Masaya Higuchi, a geriatric medicine specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, will discuss the changes in the body, minds, and lives that accompany aging, as well as common problems associated with aging, such as memory loss, falls, medications, and loneliness and boredom, he will share tips on how to deal with these common problems.
